Cooking Guidelines

Shallow Fry – From Chilled

Remove all packaging.
Preheat a little oil in a pan over a high heat, then reduce to medium heat, Fry each slice for 2-3 minutes turning halfway through cooking.
Ensure the meat is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.
