Cooking Instructions – General
Remove all packaging. For best results, cook to medium or well done.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Allow steaks to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving.
Grill – From Chilled: Place the steaks under a preheated medium grill and grill for 8 minutes (medium) or 10 minutes (well done), turning halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry – From Chilled: Preheat a little oil in a pan over a high heat, then reduce to medium heat. Fry each steak for 8 minutes (medium) or 10 minutes (well done) turning halfway through cooking.
