Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill – From Frozen: Remove from packaging.
Pre-heat the grill to medium and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow Fry – From Frozen: Remove from packaging.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry over a high heat for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
