Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions – General

For best results cook from frozen.
Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill – From Frozen:  Remove from packaging.
Pre-heat the grill to medium and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
For Black Pudding reduce cooking time to 12-15 minutes

Shallow Fry – From Frozen:  Remove from packaging.
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry over a high heat for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally. For Black Pudding reduce cooking time to 12-15 minutes.
