Pre-heat oven to 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 5.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the olives for 2-3 minutes, turning frequently until browned. Place in an ovenproof dish, pour over cooking juices and cook in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
