Our butchery business is based on our family farm, Cairnhill, in the beautiful Girvan Valley, in the heart of Ayrshire, South West Scotland. We operate from a purpose built site on the outskirts of the farm land that was opened in 2009. This site incorporates our own spacious, climate controlled hanging chills which allow us to expertly manage the maturing process of our meat and specially designed preparation areas to carry out all our butchering. We hold SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification so you can be sure that we are operating to the highest standards of product quality, safety and legality. As a family business, we take great pride in what we do and ensure that this is reflected in our products and sevices. As farmers as well as butchers we understand and can have total control from the rearing of livestock through to traditional butchering by our team of expert butchers. We maintain the highest standards of quality and service throughout.
